Machine Operator - Production Floor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment around the machinery.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production anomalies to the shift supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and safety protocols.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills for machinery.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
