Machine Operator , you will work within the production team operating specialist manufacturing machinery to produce high-precision aerospace components. We're particularly interested in candidates who already have an understanding of

milling, grinding or EDM processes . Please only apply for this position if you have experience or a genuine working understanding of at least one of these areas: Milling, Grinding or EDM. Full training will be provided on the company's specific machinery and processes, but a basic understanding of machining is essential. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently. Work to engineering drawings, specifications and production instructions. Produce components to the required quality standards and tolerances. Develop an understanding of the specific machining process being used. Carry out basic inspection and quality checks. Use measuring equipment to check component dimensions. Identify and report quality or production issues. Follow work instructions and aerospace quality procedures. Maintain high standards of housekeeping. Follow all health and safety requirements. Work as part of a skilled production team. About You We're looking for a reliable and technically minded

Machine Operator

who has some previous experience within a machining or precision engineering environment. You must have an understanding of at least one of the following: Milling Grinding EDM You don't necessarily need experience across all three, but you

must understand at least one of these machining processes . Previous aerospace experience would be advantageous, although candidates from other precision engineering or manufacturing sectors will be considered. Key Attributes Practical and hands-on approach.
