Machine Operator

We are looking for permanent machine operators for our client in Aberdeen Machine Operator Location:

£25,480 per annum Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 0630 to 1500; Friday, 0600 to 1430 Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time No weekends or backshifts Key Responsibilities Set up, operate and monitor food production machinery safely and efficiently. Carry out routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime. Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved. Monitor product quality and report any issues promptly. Complete production records accurately. Follow food safety, quality, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times. Perform cleaning and sanitation procedures on equipment and work areas. Assist with changeovers and machine adjustments when required. Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations. Requirements Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing or food production environment is essential. Good mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment faults. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures. Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude. Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
