About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join their dynamic production team in Bradford . You will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of specialized machinery used in the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
• Perform routine quality checks on manufactured products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and report any significant issues to maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet output requirements.
• Record production data accurately, including output quantities and any quality concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and diagrams.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
