Production Operative – Career Progression with a Global Manufacturer
Location: Wellington, TA21 Pay: £13.34/hour starting rate → £14.23/hour (one skill learned) → £16.76/hour (multi‑skilled)
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Operate and set up high‑tech production machinery Maintain product quality to company standards Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Progress through a structured training pathway to become multi‑skilled
Pay & Overtime
Starting Rate: £13.34/hour Progression to One Skill: £14.23/hour Multi‑Skilled Rate: £16.76/hour Overtime (paid at time and a half)
£20.01/hour (starting rate) £21.35/hour (one skill) £25.14/hour (multi‑skilled)
