Responsibilities
- Work experience in a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment.
- Basic work within an electrical or mechanical environment.
- Carry out an initial response to automation equipment.
- Prioritise basic system faults.
- Support and assist engineers with equipment servicing.
- Comply with Health & Safety legislation.
- Assist with the resolution of any mechanical/electrical equipment faults.
- Support the continual improvement of the site.
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and instructions.
- Logical approach to fault‑finding and resolution.
Qualifications
NVQ 2 or 3, or an apprenticeship in engineering, mechanical or electrical.
