Maintenance Electrician - No Call Out Birmingham Up to £42,000 per annum

Permanent position for a Resident Maintenance Electrician to work on a single man site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a permanent position, working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of between £39 - £42,000 per annum. This position will suit an engineer that wants to work at a static site and not have to participate in an on call rota.

Main Duties

Planned maintenance, reactive works, fault finding and minor installation to electrical systems and building services plant. General facilities maintenance work - minor plumbing or building fabric repairs. Oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. Ensure site logbooks, records and technical documentation are all up to date. Job Requirements:

Apprentice trained electrician. 18th edition wiring regs. AM2 qualified. Experience of commercial maintenance work. On offer is a permanent position, working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of between £39 - £42,000 per annum.
