Maintenance Electrician required for a high quality and thriving housing association to carry out install, maintenance and repair works in both occupied and empty residential properties in and around London. You should have previous experience in the same role and be qualified as detailed below.

You must work safely, deliver excellent customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on‑call, out of hours rota. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview.

This role is temporary initially with a view to turning permanent after a minimum period of 3 months.

Requirements

ECS/JIB desirable Knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wire testing, installing and maintain up to 400v 18th Edition 2391-52 Testing & Inspection or equivalent Full UK Drivers Licence Experience working in customer focused, target driven environments Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems Good health & safety awareness Social housing experience desirable Candidates must have access to their own power tools.For more information call (phone number removed)
