Job Description
Contract Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Outside IR35 | £37-£43 p/h DOE | Minimum 3-month contract (possibly up to 9 months) | Coalville | 24/7 Panama Shift (with a short period on double days to start)
We're looking for experienced electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a high-volume manufacturing site undergoing a period of change. These are outside IR35 contract roles with an initial minimum 3-month duration, longer extensions will be considered for strong performers. It is likely that there will be 6 to 9 months available for engineers that perform well.
You’ll join a newly structured 24/7 engineering team, working across modern automated lines and older plant that demands solid diagnostic ability. Ideal for contractors who enjoy fast-paced environments, clear expectations, and hands‑on engineering.
While in a period of transition, contractors will start working on a double days system, but it is anticipated that within the next month all engineers on site will be moving across to a Panama pattern so a flexible attitude is important.
