Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer 📍 Haverfordwest, Wales 💰 Up to £45,000

Yolk Recruitment is representing an excellent opportunity for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Haverfordwest. Following significant investment and continued growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their skills and progress into a future leadership position.

What You'll Do:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities across production equipment to maximise uptime.

Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical faults within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with food industry compliance standards.

Support continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity, efficiency, and reliability.

Work closely with production and engineering colleagues to maintain smooth operational performance.

What You'll Bring:

Previous maintenance engineering experience gained within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or a similar environment.

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair capabilities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

A recognised engineering qualification such as NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds, or equivalent.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.

Flexibility to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
