Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer 馃搷 Carmarthen 馃挵 拢38,000 per annum
What You'll Do:
Join a well-established food manufacturing business as part of a close-knit engineering team, helping to keep production running efficiently and safely.
In this role, you'll:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of food production equipment Support continuous improvement activities to minimise downtime Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical faults Work on packing lines, processing equipment and ovens Collaborate with production teams to ensure operational performance targets are achieved Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and engineering compliance
What You'll Bring:
Experience working as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a food manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills A genuine multi-skilled background, although candidates with an electrical bias are encouraged to apply Practical engineering experience that demonstrates your capability, regardless of qualification level A proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving Comfortable working within a food production environment involving beef-based products
