Maintenance Engineer Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 (OTE £48,000 - £50,000) Location: Daventry, Northampton Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:30 + overtime paid at 1.5x

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and carry out electrical & mechanical repairs on production equipment
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager and wider team to maintain smooth plant operations ________________________________________
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance engineering role (manufacturing, food production, cold storage, or similar)
- Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Multi-skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
