Salary: £56,000 plus overtime (£1,000–£2,000 on top) and pension

Location: Coalville

Shifts: 4‑day and 5‑day days and nights

Overview

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer in a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated factory. The role offers a chance to develop both technical and managerial career paths within a fast‑paced industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventive maintenance on fully automated production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Modify PLC programmes as required.
• Perform pre‑planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced factory setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical fault‑finding.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working in a UK manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs and ability to fault‑find using inputs and outputs.
