We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving cutting-edge production equipment in a fast-paced environment. Roles & responsibilities: Provide safe, front-line reactive maintenance and get equipment back into service quickly. Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical systems. Lead shift-based problem-solving and root cause analysis. Identify and implement cost-effective improvements to boost efficiency and reliability. Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach operators on asset care tasks and collaborate as part of a high-performing team. What We're Looking For Recognised engineering apprenticeship. Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Mechanical/Electrical bias with multiskilled capability. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
