We're working with a well-established business in Gloucestershire that is looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to its growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll be involved in fault finding, breakdown response, and planned maintenance across a range of equipment. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team, with plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help keep the site running efficiently.

The Role

Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs across the site. Complete routine maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly. Support the upkeep of cold storage and refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and help prevent repeat issues. Play a key role in reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience within a multi skilled engineering position. Strong fault finding skills across mechanical and electrical equipment. Familiarity with food safety standards. Apprentice trained or some formal engineering qualification is beneficial.

The Shift Pattern:

You will be working 4 on, 4 off on permanent nights.
