Maintenance Engineer

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. Backed by 10+ years of hands-on maintenance experience , you will play a key role within the engineering team, driving equipment reliability, supporting continuous improvement, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Duties Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of plant machinery and equipment Provide a rapid and effective response to breakdowns , minimising downtime Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Take ownership of more complex fault-finding and recurring issues , applying root cause analysis Support continuous improvement activities , including upgrades and process optimisation Work closely with production to ensure maximum machine performance and uptime Accurately log maintenance activity and ensure adherence to health & safety standards Contribute to improving maintenance processes, reliability, and asset performance

About You
