Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Engineering Support Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding, diagnostic assessments, and timely repairs on a wide variety of production and automated warehouse machinery. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime and improve reliability across equipment such as conveyors, automated storage systems, control panels, motors, sensors, and packaging machines. Assist in engineering projects, equipment installations, continuous improvement activities, and machinery upgrades as the site expands. Safety & Compliance Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site health & safety policies, risk assessments, and safe working procedures. Maintain accurate engineering logs, maintenance records, and ensure compliance with internal and external audits. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Engineering Manager, production teams, shift leaders, and contractors to support smooth and efficient operations across the facility.
