Salary: 60,000 euros
Schedule: Monday – Friday (3 shift Rotation – Days / Afternoons / Nights)
Location: IJmuiden

Role Overview
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the operation — keeping production and utilities running smoothly day in, day out. You’ll take ownership of maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and control systems, combining technical skill with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair equipment faults to minimise downtime and maintain production flow.
* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.
* Support complex repairs and collaborate with technical specialists or external contractors.
* Propose and implement improvements to maintenance processes and schedules.
* Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and maintenance activities.
* Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (GMP, HACCP).
* Provide technical guidance to production teams during troubleshooting or maintenance tasks.
Your Profile
* Qualified technician with experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance (E&I experience an advantage).
* Skilled in fault finding, diagnostics, and problem-solving under pressure.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team within a shift-based structure.
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage).
