Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer (4 on 4 off days only) Location: Nettleton, Lincolnshire Salary: £50,000

We’re working with a well established business that’s looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Nettleton.

This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where you’ll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime.

You’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability.

Day to day, you’ll be:

Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs Completing planned preventative maintenance Keeping accurate maintenance records Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance Making sure everything is kept audit-readyWhat we're looking for

Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering role Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering
