Maintenance Engineer – Days
£50k+ | Monday–Friday Days | Food Manufacturing
Fancy a maintenance role where your weekends actually belong to you?
We’re working with an established food manufacturer near Driffield who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team on a permanent days-based basis.
This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, with a business that genuinely invests in its engineers and their development.
What’s on offer
£50k+ salary – negotiable depending on experience
Monday–Friday days
No nights
Evenings and weekends free
Regular training and development
Relevant courses and upskilling
Established business with strong engineering investment
Genuine opportunities to develop your career
What we're looking for
Ideally, you’ll be an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment and a good understanding of both planned and reactive maintenance.
That said, electrical qualifications aren’t a deal-breaker. If you’re mechanically strong with the right attitude and aptitude, the business is happy to invest in relevant electrical courses to help develop your skillset.
If you’re looking for a £50k+ days-based engineering role, with a business that will actually invest in your development, this could be worth a conversation
