The RoleAs a Maintenance Lead you'll play a key role in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements. Leading root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat failures. Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports, along with action plans to improve performance.
