Maintenance Manager — Hands-On Ops Leader for Aparthotels

Staycity Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department across our hospitality properties. You will coordinate schedules, supervise a team, and partner with Housekeeping to ensure all rooms and public areas are well-maintained for high guest occupancy and satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in a managerial or supervisory maintenance position, with strong knowledge of safety regulations and a hands-on approach to both planned and reactive maintenance.
