Maintenance Operative — Multi-Site Repairs & Facilities

Cygnet St Teilo House in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking an experienced maintenance assistant for a 16-hour-per-week role. You'll provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service across sites, carrying out basic joinery, plumbing, painting and general building work.

You will travel between sites, hold a valid driving licence, communicate at all levels, and record detailed maintenance information. The role includes on-call duties and requires an enhanced DBS check.
