Maintenance Operative - Part-Time Grounds & Repairs

Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust are seeking a Maintenance Operative to deliver a high-quality maintenance service across our buildings and grounds in Horsforth. The role involves repairs, ensuring security and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will carry out tasks including drain clearance, basic joinery and brickwork, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and keep accurate records of work completed.
