Job Description
The Maintenance Operative is responsible for providing high quality maintenance, repair, and improvement works across Foxglove properties. The role ensures that all services remain safe, compliant, well maintained, and suitable for individuals receiving care and support. The post holder will carry out planned and reactive maintenance; support refurbishment works and assist with health and safety compliance., General Maintenance Planned Preventative Maintenance Health & Safety Compliance Property Standards Contractor Support Materials & Equipment Record Keeping
- Experience in general property maintenance
- Basic skills in plumbing, joinery, and decorating
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence is essential
