Maintenance Plumber: Hands-on Mechanical Pro for Facilities

Tech-People is seeking a reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our Facilities & Estates hospital team in Chelsea. This hands-on role requires solid plumbing and mechanical knowledge, with experience in commercial, estates, or healthcare environments.

You will perform planned preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and respond to reactive requests, while following health and safety procedures. The contract is ongoing with a rate of £220 per day (8 hours).
