Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – London - £29 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber  to work for an established company situated in London. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

Hours/Details:

Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm Temp to perm contract £29 per hour (umbrella) Immediate start Duties and responsibilities:

Repairing Toilets and Sinks Unblocking Toilets Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections Pipework inspections and repairs Minor installation works Carpentry work Minor fixing Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs Flexible in helping other trades on site Planned and reactive works Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) General building fabric Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements

Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance Installation experience Excellent customer service skills Happy to cover a large site Honest, hard-working and reliable  Please send your CV to Jordyn at (url removed) for more information
