Maintenance Plumber
Location: Mobile role based in Manchester, covering commercial offices with free parking on site, if there is no parking available you can an NCP parking pass.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water systems.
* Conduct inspections to identify and resolve plumbing issues proactively.
* Diagnose faults and efficiently carry out repairs to prevent service interruptions.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards on all jobs.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including risk assessments and maintenance logs.
* Collaborate with clients and team members, providing technical advice and support as needed.
Role Overview:
This position offers a relaxed work environment with flexible hours, ideal for someone seeking a less stressful job with reduced travel and overtime. However, there is an opportunity to earn additional income through overtime if desired.
You will be on-call only once every 14weeks, covering your usual sites and occasionally some additional locations, any travel during on-call duty is paid door-to-door, and free parking is available at all sites. Call-outs are infrequent.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing & Heating.
