At DENSO Marston Ltd in Shipley, West Yorkshire, we design and manufacture high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules for leading OEMs across the off-highway construction, agricultural and engine power markets.
We are now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of maintenance operations, lead a skilled team of engineers and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment.
Working Hours & Benefits
Rotating AM / PM Shift Pattern
AM Shift

• Monday Thursday: 6:00am 2:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am 11:00am

PM Shift

• Monday Thursday: 2:00pm 10:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am 4:00pm

The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide leadership, technical guidance and day-to-day direction to the Maintenance team, ensuring equipment downtime is minimised and production performance is maximised.
You will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of preventative maintenance, TPM, Kaizen and reliability improvement activities, helping to ensure the business consistently delivers high-quality products safely and efficiently. xwwtmva
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strong technical expertise and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
