Healthcare cash plan We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance team leader with a proven background in food/beverage manufacturing to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes. As a business, we have over 10 UK locations with an annual turnover well in excess of £400m, which we have reinvested into the plant.
Our facility is only 12 years old, with lots of brand-new state-of-the-art machinery, with plenty of land to expand onto with plans to nearly triple capacity over the next 5 years. Our process is fully automated with lots of technical aspects and varied work on a day-to-day basis.
Role Responsibilities include but not limited to
Ensuring adherence to all health and safety procedures and policies at all times Lead a team of 4 shift engineers including performance management and reviews, and operational handovers Lead engineering/maintenance activities across the shift including asset performance to maximise OEE, continuous improvement, breakdown resolution via RCA. Identifying skill gaps within your team and delivering structured training plans to maximize capability of the team Experience required
Proven prior experience as a maintenance/engineering team leader from a food/beverage manufacturing environment is essential for this role Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 / HNC/D in a maintenance/engineering related discipline Proven leadership experience leading a midsized team in an industrial environment Get in touch with Matt Morson at Stirling Warrington to find out more about this vacancy.
