Maintenance Technician – Plumbing & Resident Support

Flow Student is seeking a Maintenance Operative at Parham Student Village in Canterbury. You will perform day-to-day maintenance to keep student accommodation safe, well-presented, and fully operational, with emphasis on responsiveness to requests and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs).

We are looking for hands-on individuals with plumbing experience, general maintenance skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude to support residents and the on-site team.
