You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of all plant machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize production impact.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
