Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - North London N1 - start asap

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work within a professional workplace environment in North London (N1).

Start: ASAP Hours: 45 hours per week PAYE: £20.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE: £26.03 per hourResponsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day building and workplace maintenance Complete reactive repairs and basic planned maintenance Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical repairs Maintain furniture, fixtures and fittings Identify faults and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Carry out regular workplace inspections and report defects Liaise with contractors and other facilities teams when required Respond to workplace maintenance requests and provide good customer service Keep the workplace safe, functional and presentable Update maintenance records and workplace management systemsRequirements:

Previous building maintenance, facilities or relevant trade experience Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable using digital/workplace management systems Hands-on, reliable and professional approachTech-People are a leading recruitment business within M&E and Construction.
