Job Title: Male Support Worker Brain Injury Support
Pay Rate: £16.50 PAYE per hour weekdays | £17.50 PAYE per hour weekends | £18.00 PAYE per hour Bank Holidays
Hours: Part-time Tuesdays 8:00am 10:00pm (14-hour shift) plus additional cover shifts for annual leave and sickness
Location: East Cowick, Goole

About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Male Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a 51-year-old gentleman living with a brain injury.
The client is a wheelchair user and requires support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, moving and handling, and accessing the community. He enjoys maintaining his independence and benefits from consistent support from individuals who can build positive working relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
The role requires patience, resilience, and confidence when supporting behaviours that can be challenging. The client can communicate independently, although he may occasionally need support to repeat information to ensure understanding. xwwtmva
