Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
Develop and manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on variances.
Assist in the implementation of cost control measures and efficiency improvements.
Support ad-hoc financial projects and provide commercial analysis.

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with proven management accounting experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of management accounting principles.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modelling.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and BI tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data.
