Management Accountant

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and the development of management information systems. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with departmental heads.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, investigate discrepancies, and provide explanations and recommendations.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective management reporting systems and dashboards.
• Assist in the development of business cases and financial models for new projects and initiatives.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data used for decision-making.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) accountant.
• Demonstrable experience in management accounting or financial analysis within a commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Excel .
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
