£30,000£35,000 + Study Support

Hybrid working | Three days per week on site

We are partnering with a successful and growing global technology services organisation to appoint an ambitious part-qualified or finalist-level Management Accountant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond routine accounting and develop into a commercially minded finance professional. You will work closely with an experienced Finance Director who will provide hands-on mentoring, exposure to senior stakeholders and support towards completing your professional qualification.

The role

You will take ownership of a broad range of management accounting responsibilities, including:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments and journals

• Producing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting the month-end close

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

• Preparing variance analysis and providing clear commentary on performance

• Supporting cash-flow reporting and working-capital management

• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve financial understanding

• Helping to develop management information, reporting and financial controls

• Supporting audit requirements and wider finance projects

• Identifying opportunities to improve and automate existing processes

As your experience develops, you will gain increasing exposure to commercial finance, business partnering and senior-level reporting.
