About the Role

You will be responsible for managing key aspects of management accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with departmental managers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with internal policies.
• Provide financial support and insights to the senior management team.

Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a management accounting role, with strong financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities, including financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey financial insights effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
