Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
• Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
• Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Provide financial support and ad-hoc analysis to operational teams.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or qualified management accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
