About the Role

This role involves partnering with clients to analyze their existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement optimized processes that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. You will play a key role in driving tangible improvements for businesses, leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, documenting current state and identifying bottlenecks.
• Develop and recommend process improvements using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Design and implement new, more efficient business processes and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure buy-in.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented process changes on key performance indicators.
• Support clients in change management activities related to process transitions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or process improvement roles.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
