Management Consultant - Change Management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of organizational changes on people, processes, and technology.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training strategies.
• Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate it.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
• Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide ongoing support for sustainment.
• Advise clients on best practices for organizational design and culture development during periods of change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in change management consulting or a dedicated change management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
