Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in change management consulting or leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage resistance to change.
• Experience in developing and delivering training and communication materials.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
