About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant specialising in Change Management to join their fully remote practice, supporting clients across the UK with a focus on the Sheffield area. You will design and implement effective change management plans, manage stakeholder engagement, and mitigate resistance to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for client initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify potential challenges.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans to support organisational change.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to foster buy-in and manage resistance.
• Monitor progress of change initiatives and provide feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Advise clients on best practices for embedding change and building sustainable change capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in change management, organisational development, or related consulting.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing change management programs for large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Experience in supporting clients remotely, with familiarity serving the Sheffield region considered a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
