Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential resistance points.
- Design and deliver effective communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coach and support leadership and project teams through the change process.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and implement adjustments as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions and measure key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar consulting role.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience working in a hybrid or agile project environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci) are highly desirable.
