About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and innovative Management Consultant with a specialization in Digital Transformation to join their growing team based in Coventry . You will play a key role in guiding clients through their digital journeys, advising on strategy, technology adoption, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and competitive advantage. This hybrid role allows for flexibility while ensuring essential on-site collaboration with clients and team members in the West Midlands area. You will be instrumental in helping businesses adapt to the evolving digital landscape, delivering measurable improvements and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies and roadmaps.
• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for digital innovation and automation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new digital tools and methodologies.
• Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with forward-thinking recommendations.
• Collaborate with client IT departments and external vendors to ensure successful technology integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Management Consultant or in a similar advisory role, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a client-facing capacity.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site work as required within the Coventry region and surrounding areas.
