You will work with clients to harness the power of digital solutions to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities

Assess client's current digital maturity and identify key areas for transformation.
Develop and articulate comprehensive digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
Lead project teams in the implementation of digital solutions, including cloud adoption, data analytics, and automation.
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate change management processes to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with technology partners and internal experts to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on digital transformation or technology strategy.
Solid understanding of key digital technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics.
Proven experience in managing complex technology-driven projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, engaging with clients both on-site and remotely in the Oxford area.
