Management Consultant - Financial Services

About the Role

Our client seeks a specialized Management Consultant with expertise in the Financial Services sector. This hybrid role, based out of Wolverhampton , focuses on advising financial institutions on strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. You will engage directly with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions that enhance performance and mitigate risk. The hybrid model allows for productive client-facing activities and essential team collaboration, complemented by the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise financial services clients on strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial markets, client business models, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and implement strategies to address regulatory changes (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II).
• Support clients in their digital transformation journeys, including fintech integration and customer experience enhancement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior client management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a strategic role within the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including banking, insurance, or asset management.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability in project management and client relationship management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
