About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialized Management Consultant with expertise in the Financial Services sector to join their team in Cambridge . This role involves advising financial institutions on a range of strategic and operational challenges, including regulatory compliance, digital transformation, risk management, and market expansion. You will work closely with senior leadership within client organizations to develop and implement solutions that drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise financial services clients on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead projects related to digital transformation, fintech integration, and customer experience enhancement.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for effective risk management.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes within the financial services industry.
• Develop and present comprehensive recommendations to C-level executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in management consulting or a strategic role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking, insurance, asset management, or other relevant financial sectors.
• Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II, GDPR) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
