Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client operational processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.

- Design and implement new operational models, workflows, and organizational structures.
- Collaborate closely with client operations teams to ensure successful adoption of recommended changes.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or operations management, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles, Lean, Six Sigma, and supply chain optimization.
- Proven ability to analyze complex operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement within client organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to implementation in Leeds .
