Management Consultant - Operations Improvement

About the Role

Our client, a reputable management consultancy firm, is seeking a proactive Management Consultant focused on Operations Improvement to join their team in Southampton . You will be responsible for analyzing client operations, identifying inefficiencies, and designing and implementing solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of client operational processes, supply chains, and workflows.
• Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Lead project teams in the execution of operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new processes.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results in a client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
